This is exactly how I felt 3 years ago. I was literally at my whits end. I started searching the internet and reading everything I could get my hands on looking for a cure. I went to online forums, chat rooms, medical web sites, the list goes on and on.

Here is a post I made several years ago before finding the cure.

(you can see how desperate I was) I have ugly toe nail fungus since almost 3 years now. I am just 31 years old and I heard that mostly old people get it. I can't wear sandals because it just looks so ugly and I am so jealous of people with nice clear nails. I already went to the doctor but she just said that there is nothing she can do since it's hereditary ( my father has it too ). The pharmacist at Walgreens told me that they have tablets (lamasil) which has to be taken at least 6 months. They cost 200 dollars a months ( insurance doesn't pay since it's ''just'' a cosmetic thing) and on top of it can even harm the liver. He also said that it doesn't always help. Well, I can't afford 200 dollars a month and I also don't want liver damage in exchange for clear nails. I also used a topical treatment but it also didn't help. It seem to stop the growing fungus a little bit but it never went away. Are there any other victims out there with toe nail fungus? Did anybody find a good treatment ? I would love to wear sandals again !!!! I am thankful for any advice.

 Finally someone answered my post that knew what they were talking about and ended up being what cured my toenail.

My main advice to you is DON’T GET SCAMMED! If you’re dead set on buying some kind of toenail fungus treatment, then Take 2 minutes and find out what didn't work for me then I'll let you in on my secret so you can stop wasting your money.

There are 100's of web sites that are selling toenail fungus treatments, and most all of them are just trying to sell you something that doesn't work!

The Most Recent Remedies on Toenail Fungus Treatments That Don't Work

1. Tea Tree Oil . The Mayo Clinic even suggests that "When applied topically, tea tree oil may improve the appearance of the nail" (Mayo Clinic Family Health Book). --- Sorry didn't work for me. Made my toenails hurt after 3 days.

2. There is one popular prescription medication that you take a pill for Nail Fungus that doctors warn people with liver problems not to take it or it will damage their health. --Too many side effects and too expensive. I never even considered this one after reading the warnings.

I don't know about you but I really don't trust big pharmacy companies to make health decisions for me especially if they are using artificial ingredients that have no basis in nature to treat a simple problem of toenail fungus.

3. Listerine Mouth wash --I read about this one in an online forum. Soaked my feet for 2 weeks everyday and man did they smell good but my fungus was still there.

4. Oregano & Olive Oil --Good on bread but not on my toes. Another online forum answer.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar --Nope this one didn't work either. I soaked my feet once again for 2 weeks in this stuff.

Ok, I've dragged this out long enough but I wanted you to know what I have already tried that did not work for me so you don't have to waste any more of your money or try senseless home remedies like I did. 

I started using Zetaclear at the recommendation of whoever it was that answered my forum post (I wish I knew who you were so I could thank you). After 2 weeks I noticed my toe nail losing the yellow brown color and began to actually clear up. I can't tell you how excited I was to finally see something start to work! I was already thinking about buying some new sandals!

 

Over the next several weeks my nail kept getting clearer and clearer as I continued to use Zetaclear. There are only 2 real downsides to Zetaclear. One is that it is priced a little bit higher than some of the other products. But you know what? I don't care because it's the only one that worked for me.

I kept using Zetaclear even after my nails had become mostly clear because I didn't want that damn fungus to come back again. I would recommend getting the 6 month package like I did.  I actually used it for 5 months and had some left over. That comes out to be around $.88 cents a day ....so instead of getting a mocha latte from Starbucks you could just get a regular cup of coffee and the treatment would pay for itself.

The other downside with ZetaClear is that it is sold exclusively online on only a few web sites so you will have to wait a few days before you can start the treatment.

UPDATE:

I have some really exciting  news to share with you today.  One of the girls who had a really bad case of toenail fungus recently emailed me after buying a 6 month supply of Zetaclear.  She had some great news she wanted to share with me so I could pass it on to you guys. 

"Dear Suzanne I wanted to let you know that in addition to using the Zetaclear everyday, I began filing my nails with an emery board in between applications and WOW what a difference in my nails.  You have got to tell everyone to lightly file their nails before applying Zetaclear.  It must help the medicine get into the nail bed quicker.  All 5 of my infected nails are almost clear now.  I was so excited I had to share this with you."
